Ines Luna Suites

The place is modern, cozy and feels very safe, with a perfect location a short walk from Plaza Mayor in a calm, quiet area. Staff were easy to reach on WhatsApp and replied quickly. I liked the apartment overall and the service was solid. There are a few things to know, though. The walls aren't soundproof, so sounds from neighboring rooms carry through. I was often woken by doors slamming, vacuuming or housekeeping. They changed the sheets and brought fresh towels, but the cleaning needs work. Once I came back to find cookie crumbs, an empty cola can and tissues still on the table.

The bus station is only 800 metres away, and the attractions are close too. It's a quiet part of town with supermarkets and plenty of restaurants nearby. A clean, comfortable place on the edge of the old town, and the blackout blinds were a bonus for a good night's sleep.

The bathroom could use an exhaust fan, which was the one drawback for me. Otherwise, this was a great value for our two days at Ines Luna Suites. We were happy with the choice: it’s a short walk to Plaza Mayor and a big private hospital, and our fourth-floor room looked over the little San Francisco park. The old building has been newly renovated, and the apartment was very clean, with good linens and towels and a comfortable mattress. The kitchen had the basics. It’s not luxurious, but cleanliness mattered most to me. With the windows shut, the insulation kept the noise out.

We felt right at home here, with a very clean apartment and care given to all the little details. Ours had a large living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom, with plenty of room for a family. The location is right in Salamanca’s city centre, yet the place was quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything went perfectly on our family holiday. I’d definitely recommend it, even for a weekend.
