The location was easily the best part: right in Salamanca’s historic centre, central but quiet at night. We had a pleasant stay. For five people, we paid €600 for three nights and four days. The sleeping setup was one double bed, a bunk bed, and an extra bed, with one bathroom. There are no doors separating the rooms. The double mattress is firm, though that comes down to personal preference. The shower had good pressure and temperature, and there was heating, a TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a closet, and plenty of towels for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped, with an Italian coffee maker, toaster, and good pans. There was oil and salt when we arrived, plus instant coffee and milk rolls for breakfast. The owner was charming and easy to approach. The nearest shop is a Carrefour Express, and free parking by the river is about a 15-minute walk away.

We stayed with a group of friends, and the apartment was spotless and very well looked after. It had everything we needed, from dishes, towels, and plenty of sheets to a hairdryer, iron, shower gel, and shampoo. Goyo was so kind and attentive. He showed us to the apartment, took us to the parking garage, which cost €30 for the weekend, and suggested restaurants and bars. The place is right in central Salamanca, close to the monuments, tourist spots, and restaurants. I travel a lot, and this is definitely a top-quality place.

We had a wonderful Easter week here. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed, and Goyo was incredibly friendly. It’s a perfect spot for enjoying Salamanca’s historic centre.

The apartment was cozy, well equipped, and had a lovely, unusual feel. The service was fantastic and the host very friendly. Very nice guy, his name is Goyo. If you’re coming to Salamanca, I recommend staying here. You can feel at ease, and it gets a perfect 10 from us.
