Our booking had been made back in January for five people, for February 14-16. Check-in was meant to be at 4:00 PM, but by 4:30 PM nobody had answered, so I called. After three calls with Booking.com, each taking around 45 minutes, we were told the apartment couldn’t host us. A disgrace, and completely unprofessional.

We were already on our way to Salamanca when we realized we had nowhere to stay. The host never showed up on the day we were supposed to check in.
