The single room was small, but it was very clean. The location and price were good, and a staff member gave me the key without any trouble when I arrived. But the contactless key didn’t work. Luckily, it also had a physical key option, so I could get into the room. I was there in winter, when Salamanca gets extremely cold, and the heating never worked. I called the support number and got no answer. In the morning, I found water leaking from the radiator. There was a second radiator beside the bed, probably because the window didn’t close properly and let cold air in, but that one didn’t work either. I reported it again in writing and was completely ignored. With the heating problems and no help from support, the stay was unpleasant. I wouldn’t consider staying here again.

There’s a little lounge area and an elevator, which was convenient. The room was tiny but clean, with enough space for a solo traveler or a couple. It’s an accessible hostel, and Alamedilla park is nearby if you want to relax.

After a rough day of travel, I’d been stranded in another city for hours and then left my suitcase at the bus station, about a 10-minute drive away. I’m a student, so I’d walked from the station to save money. The station was about to close and I was supposed to travel again the next day. I was in a panic, but the desk attendant on duty kindly drove me back to look for my bag. I wish I remembered his name. That one kind gesture made a huge difference after such a terrible day. The accommodations were nice, private, and affordable for a student on a budget. Amazing stay, and absolutely incredible staff. I’d recommend this place to anyone and hope to stay again.
