We expected something quite different after reading the online reviews, but the place itself was just okay. Check-in was self-service, and nobody had told us beforehand. We had to call for directions once we arrived, which was difficult since our phones were giving us trouble. I wouldn't stay here again.

The self-service check-in was straightforward. The place was clean and modern, and the location is central. The room was comfortable too.

David welcomed my elderly parents with such kindness while they were on vacation. I booked the room for them, and I'm grateful he helped them feel so comfortable during their stay.

We booked online and barely saw anyone besides the cleaning lady, but I'd happily come back. Getting the key was simple: a code arrived on my phone, then we picked it up from the boxes by the hotel entrance. Our room was small but had what we needed and was very clean. We stayed two days, and it was wonderful. The center of Salamanca is a nine-minute walk away. Parking costs €15 a day, and the attendant on the street mentioned earlier explained the remote and how to fit the car into the rather narrow garage. I thought we'd made a great choice!
