Residencia Universitaria Cum Laude

The only good thing was the elevator. The bathroom was small but at least clean. The room itself was as dirty as could be when we arrived, with hair and dark spots on the sheets. A few days later they changed them, but the replacements had yellow spots. The clothes I'd left on the bed and the pillow I bought because the one provided was dirty had been thrown on the floor, which was dirty too. The food tasted awful or had no flavor. The wardrobe was unusable, completely broken, and its drawers were full of hair like the sheets. The woman at reception was really nice, but the other two men were always in a bad mood.

The place felt worn out, with scratches and holes in a lot of the rooms patched over with duct tape. The room fans looked like they could drop at any moment. The food was really bad, and the maids didn't do a good job. Most reception staff weren't helpful or friendly, apart from one woman. It was a poor stay and I wouldn't come back or recommend it, 2/10.

There was one woman at reception who was consistently nice, but the two men there never seemed willing to help. The hygiene was poor throughout my two-week stay: the room was constantly full of dirt and hair, and my personal things were thrown onto the floor after the room was supposedly cleaned. Sheets were changed only once, and even the replacements had stains. The room and bathroom were dirty too.

The service attitude and poor food made our stay worse, and the rooms were dirty with stained sheets as well. I came expecting a good place because of the positive online reviews, but I was completely disappointed.
