Casa Nueva

We especially loved how quiet it was. We didn’t hear a single sound, and the garden was a lovely place to unwind in the evenings. The house is well cared for, with modern decor that made us feel at home from the start, and a well-equipped kitchen. We spent a wonderful week here in western Asturias. Oli was always available and attentive when we had questions. She also cooked us several delicious typical Asturian dishes. The location and peaceful atmosphere make it a place we’d recommend without hesitation to families or friends looking for a quiet break. We’d happily return.

Aria deserves a special mention. We had an incredible experience, and the location was spectacular.

The owner was such a pleasure to talk to and was always happy to help. She pointed us to the nearby bar Cándano, where we bought a delicious empanada and bolla preñada. The house has plenty of towels, linens, and kitchenware, plus a lovely fireplace. There’s also a covered outdoor space with a children’s play area and a grill beneath the granary, a real bonus given Asturias weather. It’s a charming house in a tiny, peaceful village. I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you for everything.

The owners are a very attentive family, and the house is wonderfully equipped, with children’s games, a barbecue, swings, and fantastic views. It’s a peaceful spot surrounded by nature in the heart of Asturias, yet the beach, mountains, and plenty of other amenities are close by. The house and its setting are incredible. Highly recommended.
