The apartment was about what we expected for the price, and the heat worked well and was easy to adjust. The service was another story, starting with the booking. We had specifically reserved the Codallos apartments in Tramacastilla, but the confirmation email listed their other location, which wouldn't work because we were taking language classes in Tramacastilla. My wife spent many hours on calls and online getting that fixed. When we arrived, they hadn't told us which apartment, so we had to call again. Then the internet didn't work, and my wife needed to work remotely that night. The man we called kept yelling and interrupting, insisting it worked fine. We could tell the router was on the ground floor, far from our third-floor apartment. He wouldn't say whether a downstairs apartment was available, so my wife had to work in the cold entryway beside the router. This was the only time in Spain we met someone so rude and unwilling to communicate.

The location was very good and the price affordable, but the apartment's problems outweighed that for us. We stayed two days and wouldn't recommend it. The place wasn't very clean, the bed and sofa were uncomfortable, and the furniture was worn. The shower barely worked and the bathroom door wouldn't close. Even at a low price, guests should get a basic level of quality, and I think the apartment needs significant improvement.

We had a great stay overall, and the beds were comfortable. The ground-floor kitchen was new and had everything we needed, and the location was excellent. The hydromassage shower didn't work, and the floor was a little worn, but those were the only downsides.

The location was the only positive. I stayed with my family from August 1st to 3rd, 2025, in the second apartment on the left. It's an old house with a wooden staircase, and inside the place felt like a wreck, despite having been renovated with IKEA furniture. The floor seemed to have a mind of its own. The microwave and sofa bed were the best parts, though the sofa bed had no legs on its lower section, so you sleep on the floor. Cleaning was poor too. There was even a mummified bird on the bedroom balcony.

We had a problem the first night and couldn't check out when planned. They let us stay until 6 pm to make up for it, which we appreciated. We were here for a weekend skiing in Formigal, and it worked really well, with a ski room that opens using your room key. The price is very competitive. Some things could be improved, including the hydromassage shower, but we had a good experience overall.
