The room service was such a thoughtful touch. While I was out for dinner, they folded my pyjamas and left them by the bed, set out slippers with a little rug, and placed water and a glass on the nightstand. Daniel, the hotel manager, and Jaume were especially kind, and the whole team was warm, attentive and clearly cared about their work. I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. Check-in was very friendly, and they offered me a refreshing drink right away. The shuttle was convenient too. After I walked to the harbor for dinner, I called and got picked up promptly. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

The service, rooms, and location were all wonderful during my few days here in November. It was the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed, and I’ll definitely be back.

The terrace and sea view are beautiful, but they don’t make the price feel justified. For a hotel listed as five stars, I expected more. The cleanliness fell short, and several services didn’t meet what I’d expect at this level. The price is outrageously high for the quality. I wouldn’t choose it again.

The location is fantastic, only a short drive from Palma. The staff were incredibly attentive and took care of everything we needed. A wonderful experience, highly recommended!

That beach cove has incredible views, and there’s a lovely path around to the port for a light morning walk. The port has more great views, plus restaurants and shops. We had a perfect stay at The Donna. Jaime and the whole team were attentive and eager to make everything special. Our room was spectacular, spotless, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was perfect too, and the staff there were amazing. The spa was next level, with a steam room, sauna, cold plunge and relaxation room, all free for guests. I’ll definitely come back!
