The views of Salobreña Castle and the beaches from the dining room are spectacular, and there's seating on the outdoor terrace too. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The dining room was spotless. We gathered there after my mother's funeral and had a relaxing meal and time together without noise or interruption. It's a family business, and the owners are approachable and very friendly. The function room is beautifully decorated, with breathtaking views through its floor-to-ceiling glass window. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for a family gathering. 10 out of 10.

We sat down at the restaurant and waited. Three Spanish parties arrived after us, but the waitress ignored us and served them first. By the time she came to take our order, they'd already started their starters. The pork we got was just fatty cut ends. We sent it back and were offered hamburgers instead. Disappointing, to say the least. We paid for our 2 X wines and left.

The building has a low-key style and isn't too big, and there's something special about the atmosphere. Hotel Salambrina is a gem, with great food, views, and locality. Thank you for offering such a wonderful place!

The restaurant is a must-try for me, with great views over the Mediterranean. When we first arrived in Salobreña 8 years ago, Hotel Salambina was a one-star bar, restaurant, and hotel. It's now under new management and has had a major refurbishment.
