The owners were helpful, and when anything came up during our stay they sorted it fairly quickly. From the terrace, with binoculars, we saw huge groups of Dolphins on most days, so bring your own binoculars. There’s a very secluded rocky beach about a 30-minute walk away, with lots of stairs, and it’s a good place to fish. The house is old and hasn’t been modernized. The bedrooms need a deep clean, the sheets should be replaced, the beds need fitted top mattresses, and the fridge could work better.

The house is really comfortable, and the views from its many terraces are amazing, across the sea and salobreña.

We had a really dull experience. On arrival, the pool was completely dirty and unusable because the water needed changing. The owners also weren’t available to discuss canceling the contract. Oh dear, I hope nobody else has such a bad time.
