That sixth-floor terrace had a magnificent view of the park. The location worked well for us: about a 20-minute walk to the park and 10-15 minutes to the town center and beach, so we didn't need a car. We were there September 17th to 20th and parking was easy, with room for three cars. The apartment could use paint, and the furniture is showing wear, including a rusty clothes rack and a broken shelf in the TV unit. Still, the bedding was fairly comfortable, the place was clean, and small towels were provided. We needed space for eight people in a convenient location, and it met those needs. The residence pool stays open until 10 pm.

The pool was alright, but the house was a disaster: broken bed slats and cockroaches. The place is old-fashioned and badly run down. I wouldn't return even if it were free.

The pool was the only thing I liked. The apartment was dirty, had no Wi-Fi, and there were cockroaches. Bed slats were broken, the bathroom door locked from inside, and the shower was so hot that it couldn't be adjusted. There wasn't a sponge or a coffee maker, despite the listing saying there was one. For what we paid, it wasn't worth it at all. Avoid it.

The price doesn't match what you get. The apartment wasn't clean, there weren't enough kitchen utensils, and there was no coffee maker. The fridge was in a disgusting state. The outdoor table and chairs were filthy too. Very disappointed.
