The apartments are modern, clean and in a perfect location, with very comfortable beds. I returned on 16.10.2023 after seven days in Salou, my second stay there that year. On the first morning, one of the plastic chairs broke while I was sitting on it. Checking the balcony furniture before guests arrive could have prevented that. Our flight was at 11pm, so I politely asked for a late checkout. The latest option was 3pm for 50 euros. After I was injured when the chair broke, I would have appreciated some sympathy from the receptionist and being allowed to stay later. I’d still return to Ona Suites apartments, but next time I’ll inspect the chairs before sitting down 😀

We stayed three nights and loved the place, as did my parents. The building is in a quiet area, with public parking right outside, and it’s very close to the beach and promenade. Our late check-in was quick, and they were prepared and welcoming, which we appreciated with our 11-month-old baby. The baby slept very well, and the bed was comfortable. There was a large balcony, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, including pans, utensils, pots, cutlery, a blender and a fridge. We’ll be back. Thanks for everything.

Set right by the seashore, The Novelty has a family-friendly feel. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, but not so close that they disturb your rest. It’s a great place for a holiday or days off, and I highly recommend it.

The location is fab, and the place was great to stay in. The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and tidy, and the welcome pack was a nice touch, with coffee, tea, water and cleaning supplies.

The swimming pool is big, and everything’s close by, from transport and the supermarket to shops and restaurants. Great location.
