Apartment hotel Albatros Family

The location worked really well for us, up a little hill near supermarkets and only 5-10 minutes on foot from the city center promenade, shops, bars, and restaurants. The beach was even closer and not too busy. We could reach some sports clubs easily on rental bikes arranged by the hotel, and there was a bus transfer to Barcelona airport nearby. We were here with a group for an intense week of training, and the food helped keep us going. Breakfast and dinner had plenty of choice, from fruit to fish and meat, and it was all tasty. There seemed to be something for everyone, though vegan main dishes were a bit limited. Service was really, really good. Any problem I had was sorted quickly, and at breakfast and dinner someone was always around if we wanted something like a special drink. The chill-out bar stayed open until midnight, and the bartenders were lovely. The rooms were cleaned every day and had what we needed: two big beds, a small kitchen for making lunch, a separate bathroom, and a balcony. Nothing fancy, but the basics were there. A folding curtain got in the way in my room, there was only one bedside lamp, no power outlet by the bed, and storage was a little limited. That’s why I gave the room “only” four stars. I loved our time there. It was a cute, affordable, comfortable Spain stay, and I’d recommend it. See you again!

We had lovely sea views from a fantastic location. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean each day, and the staff were attentive. I’d happily recommend it.

Our two-bedroom apartment had air conditioning in every room, and the hotel was very clean. The cleaner changed the bins and towels daily, which we appreciated. The pool was clean too, and we liked how quiet the bar was. There was also a gym and a PlayStation room. It’s very close to the beach, with a short walk to the strip and its shops, restaurants, food places, and markets. There was always something to do nearby. Hotel food was very good, with lots of choices, desserts, and fruit. This was our first stay, and we want to thank everyone at reception. They were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, always smiling and greeting us as we passed. The Albatros family did an amazing job. Thank you for the experience. We’ll recommend it to friends and will definitely be back next year!

We got in around 1am, and the staff had kept dinner for us. That was such a thoughtful welcome and really touched us. We booked seven nights half-board, and the stay turned out even better than we expected. The apartment was spotless, everyone was incredibly friendly, and the food was varied and delicious. Great value for money.
