Hostal Tahiti Rs

The Tahiti is in a great spot in Salou, about a five-minute walk from the beach. The rooms are adequate and have their own bathrooms. Not many people speak very good English, but that’s our problem for not learning Spanish before we went. I’ve stayed there a couple of times and would happily keep going back. For the price, it’s a good deal.

The location near Salou’s main strip means you may hear nightlife or noisy neighbors, so earplugs could come in handy. I liked the place, though, and would stay again. It’s a modest Spanish hotel with friendly staff, comfortable rooms, air conditioning, great Wi-Fi, and a bed that was very comfortable for me. My room also had a good-sized balcony. The bathroom looked a little tired but was fine. There were some nice extras. Breakfast wasn’t listed in my booking, but they included a basic meal of pastry or bread with preserves, juice, and coffee, served with a smile. They left bottled water in the room each day, and housekeeping was good. Towels were changed when needed without any trouble.

Good prices even in July or August. There are fans, but no air conditioning. It works well as a hostel for young people wanting a quick trip for the beach, parties, and PortAventura. I wouldn’t choose it for a family holiday.

Right among the bars and restaurants, and busy, but still relatively quiet at night. Very good accommodation, with friendly staff, especially at breakfast.
