The air conditioning kept switching off every 30 minutes, and there was a horrible smell in the kitchen. Both bathrooms had mold, and we found cockroaches in the bedrooms. There was barely enough cutlery. My sister-in-law’s husband got stuck in the bathroom for 30 minutes because all the door handles were broken! Worst hotel of our lives. Don’t waste your money or time, stay somewhere else!

The electrical breaker kept cutting out whenever we used the oven and air conditioning, which was bad enough. But after we left a toiletry bag behind, things got worse: we arranged a courier to collect it and found it had been opened. Our perfume was gone and a power strip was in its place. I called to report what happened. They apologized and said they'd tell their superiors, but they didn't even ask for my details or show any real interest. A disgrace.

The terrace is huge, and it was lovely to sit out and watch the sunsets. You're right by the beach, and even though the place is on the seafront promenade, parking nearby was easy and street noise wasn't too bad. The beds could've been more comfortable, but they were fine. Great value for money, and I'd happily recommend it.

The apartments themselves were great, but getting the keys was a mess. Nobody could collect them before 4 pm, so everyone had to show up together and wait in a line for an hour. Then came another wait while they took everyone's details. It was awful and badly organized. That paperwork could be done in advance, with a quick key pickup afterwards.
