The service was shameful from the start. We had to call to find out where to collect the keys. They said they’d emailed the location, which wasn’t true. They only sent it several hours later, when it was too late. The apartment hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived, so we couldn’t get in for another two hours. The parking fee was another mess. We were charged €10 a day, though someone else at the company had told us €5 on the phone. They also gave us a garage remote that didn’t work. It was replaced, then broke again three days later, and nobody seemed in a hurry to sort it out. The whole thing felt like a hidden camera prank. Unacceptable.

The location right by the sea is super nice. Some Spaniards were very unfriendly.
