We stayed in apartment 5 and had lovely morning and evening sun, a beautiful view, and a huge outdoor veranda. The complex sits on a quiet dead-end street with little traffic, even on Friday night. It's a short walk to the beach and shopping centre, including a nice Spar. The apartment was clean and well equipped, with a full kitchen. There's also a pool, though we hadn't tried it yet. A++ and we'd definitely return!

The apartment was very nice and well equipped, with good housekeeping and friendly staff. Its location near shopping centers and the beach was handy. The downsides were the wind and our ground-floor apartment being shaded for most of the day. We couldn't eat outside any day that week, and there was no view at all. The WiFi coverage and capacity were very poor. I guess all 12 apartments share a connection of about 10 Mb.

In San Agustin, I'd choose El Yate every time. The stylish apartment felt like home and was very comfortable, with everything we needed down to the smallest details. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. I'll definitely be back.

The apartment was spacious and nice, and we were very happy with our week there. Reception is staffed for only a few hours during the day, but that wasn't a problem.

We had a very comfortable stay as a family with three kids. The beach is just a short walk away, and the garden and swimming pool were cozy and clean.
