The rooms smelled bad, and we had to track down the receptionist, who was working in another building. There’s no air conditioning, which felt necessary in Ibiza’s heat and humidity, and no kettle or mini fridge in the room. You also have to haul your luggage upstairs because there’s no elevator. The internet kept cutting out. Noise carries terribly between rooms, so you can hear people moving around, showering, talking, and slamming doors. Definitely not worth a penny.

I booked three nights with my five-month-old because the place was advertised as family-friendly, but we left after one night and hurried to find somewhere else. I didn’t feel safe. The main door was left open all night, there was no staff in the building, and men smoking weed outside felt intimidating. The rooms were moldy and didn’t look like the pictures. When I asked reception, in another building, about getting hot water for a baby bottle, they said they didn’t care. I also left my necklace by the bed; when I called, they said it hadn’t been found, though I know it was there when the cleaner went in. The staff were rude and didn’t care once they had our money. I wouldn’t leave my dog there. Avoid it.

Huge balconies, a great location, and a low price made this a good stay. It’s handy for San Antonio or for taking the bus to Eivissa, and the place was very clean and organized. There’s no fridge in the room. Also, because reception is in another building, you don’t have control entering.

Friendly, helpful staff, and you can get food and drinks downstairs in the bar area. The price made the stay worthwhile. The wifi was unreliable, and the shower head kept coming off the wall and needed some attention. It’s a noisy area because of the hostel next door.
