The balcony was the highlight for us. It had an amazing view, and we ate breakfast and dinner outside while watching the sun come up and go down. Even when it was hot, the layout kept that space cool. The pool area was spacious and lovely, and supermarkets and restaurants are close by. The bus from the airport made getting there easy. Inside, the apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, including a bottle of sparkling wine waiting in the fridge. It’s right beside a busy main street, but the design kept the noise out. Such a wonderful place!

Our laptops were stolen, and there was no sign of forced entry. The staff weren’t helpful. On top of that, the TV didn’t work, the shower had no water pressure, the toilet seats felt flimsy, the beds were uncomfortable, and internet cost €7 a day. It’s cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for, but we didn’t sign up to be robbed. Avoid it. It didn’t feel secure or safe.

Mozes at reception was really friendly and professional. The place has a nice atmosphere and makes you feel welcome. Great spot in Playa del Ingles, good value too. I love this place.

We were in 507 and got blamed for damage left by the previous guests. The shower barely worked, and the bedroom fan was broken. Avoid this place at all costs.

The apartment was pleasant and clean, with daily cleaning and staff who were both friendly and professional. The one downside is having to pay for Wi-Fi.
