The apartment is simply decorated, but has everything you could need. The single beds were easy to sleep in and comfortable. It’s very well organized, and Antonio clearly knows how to manage the apartments properly. There’s a nice lobby when you come in and the instructions are easy to understand. There isn’t a receptionist at reception. The rooms were very clean and the property well maintained. The location is perfect, close to the beach and an easy, enjoyable walk from the amazing Dunes. There are all kinds of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment has everything for cooking, including utensils, cutlery, pots and pans, and the fridge is a proper size, not one of those tiny hotel fridges. It fit an 8 litre water container with plenty of space left. It would be easy for one person, a couple or a family to stay for a week or two. Even in a busy area, it’s relatively quiet inside with the windows closed. Parking is the downside. You need luck to find a spot nearby. We were fortunate to find one close and left the car there for a couple of days. The shower can run out of hot water too. There’s so much within walking distance, including the beach, Dunes and other things, that you may not want to move the car anyway. Apartments Las Tejas are centrally placed by Maspalomas beach, which is long and wide. We had a very enjoyable stay, and the price is quite reasonable. Highly recommended.

The Atlantic Ocean view made the stay feel special. The apartment was cozy, reasonably priced and had everything I needed after a good renovation. Staff were friendly and made check-in quick and easy. I had a wonderful time there and would highly recommend it for an enjoyable, memorable stay.

The balcony looked straight out over the beach and dunes, and the spot was hard to beat: a few steps from the sand, with shops, restaurants and public transport all nearby. It was a busy pedestrian street, though, so people passing by could see right in. Cleanliness was the big letdown. We spent a good part of our first day cleaning. Dust covered the cupboards, shelves and surfaces, and there was grime around the apartment. Even the supposedly clean sheets had stains, our towels had hair on them, and there was hair hanging from the shower head. The hair dryer was so dirty we wouldn't use it. Over our week, they replaced the towels twice but never changed the sheets.

Seeing dolphins and whales swimming freely in the ocean was amazing. Such a great experience. Just avoid the top deck if you don't have very steady balance, since you can't get up and move around from your seat.

I got lucky with the apartment facing right onto the ocean, the view from the window was fantastic. The place was spotless, had everything I needed, and the staff were really friendly. Best apartment I've ever stayed in. I'd recommend it to anyone.
