The app was easy to use for check-in, and your phone becomes the key. I stayed a week and barely needed to speak to staff, apart from a few cleaners. The place was very, very clean. I was in room 1 on the ground floor, and having only sliding doors with no windows wasn’t ideal. That’s my only complaint.

The apartments have been refurbished and are nice. The pool is small, but there were enough sunbeds at this time of year. Good location. There’s no reception, but staff were always available to help on WhatsApp.

The apartments have been beautifully renovated and are near the beach and restaurants. They were cleaned daily, with plenty of towels, and the staff were pleasant and professional. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

I’m so grateful to the Tivoli staff. My mum broke her leg on holiday, and that same evening the receptionist helped us move from a first-floor apartment to one on the ground floor. The next day, another receptionist arranged crutches for her from a different hotel, for the rest of our stay. Their help made a really stressful situation so much easier. I deeply appreciate how kind and helpful they were. Thank you so much. I’m glad we chose to stay with you!
