The Canary Islands are wonderful, but our stay had problems. When it rained, the roof leaked and the staff didn't seem interested in our complaints. We were given a new room a few days later, after the rain had stopped. The people meant to clean, take out the rubbish and replace the towels didn't seem very interested in doing those jobs either.

We felt welcome as soon as we arrived, and were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail. I stayed here with a friend for a few days. Our room was lovely, and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of sun loungers, and the pool facilities were fantastic. I'd definitely recommend it and hope to come back.

I love it here. The bungalows are cute, with an easy walk to the pool and a pool view. The staff are friendly and professional. Best place to stay in Maspalomas.

The location is great, close to shops and the beach. The children's pool is clean and great too, and the service is professional.
