Luxury 5 star villa with amazing sea view and heated pool

Hans was quick to answer our questions, and his restaurant tips were superb. We tried several and every one was delicious. The villa itself has loads to keep you busy, from the pool, hot tub and sauna to games in the soundproof rooms. The outdoor cinema was very cute, and the balcony views were stunning. It’s in a beautiful spot, though the walk up the hill can be steep if you’re carrying a lot of shopping. Taxis are available and cheap. We had a fantastic stay, and it’s a great rental for a big group of friends or family, whether adults or children.

We’ve stayed at two different villas managed by Hans in Maspalomas, and both experiences were disappointing. There were unexpected extra charges both times, including being held responsible for damage we believe we didn’t cause. We were also asked to pay part of the booking in cash, which felt unusual and uncomfortable. Although the listing said parties were allowed, we were told that guests not on the booking would cost €15 per person, even for a short visit, when we had a small gathering with music at a reasonable volume. The police were called several times, making it hard to enjoy the stay. Communication and expectations felt unclear, so we wouldn’t recommend this property to groups hoping for a relaxed holiday without complications.

I was impressed by how thoughtfully the house was set up for large groups. Information about all the many amenities and activities was easy to find, and there are two outdoor seating areas with an incredible view. I’d recommend it to large families or groups who want to holiday together. Hiring a car would make getting around easier.

The basement rooms were much bigger and more comfortable than the pictures suggested, and the photos really don’t do the place justice. We’ve booked big villas for groups several times, and this was easily the best. There’s more entertainment than you can get through, and everything was clean and kept to a crazy high standard. A week wasn’t nearly long enough. Most evenings, all 11 of us were outside late, drinking and playing games without an issue. From the reviews, it seems most complaints focus on the decibel meter, but you’d really have to be screaming. I found the instructions handy too. When you move things, it’s easy to forget where they belong, so the system works well. Hans replied to every message within minutes. This place is perfect, and I’d highly recommend it.
