We really enjoyed the evening buffets, with fish, beef, salads and red and green Mojo, and breakfast was great too, with different bread rolls and fresh orange juice. Casa Leon is a peaceful spot away from the concrete sprawl by the beaches, with lovely views of the mountains and Atlantic. The staff were friendly, the building and rooms were very clean, and the bed was perfect. Thanks to the team for making our stay so memorable! Titus & Claudia, Amsterdam

I'm already looking forward to a third visit. I've stayed at Casa Leon twice, even though I usually don't go back to the same place, and I'm glad I made an exception for this hotel. It's a peaceful oasis up in the mountains overlooking Maspalomas. The facilities are great, the breakfast and dinner are delicious, and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

There was plenty of space to enjoy some privacy, and we went home feeling recharged. We loved everything about our stay. From the first moment, we felt welcome, and the staff were genuinely kind and looked after us so well. Every dish we tried was incredible, and the good service made it even better.

The location is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the staff were friendly and always happy to help. The freshly prepared food was varied and excellent. The room was a bit disappointing, though. The bathroom had the only mirror, which was awkward for two women sharing, so a full length mirror in the room would help. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be good too. They gave us a kettle when we asked, which helped.

The stay was wonderfully quiet, and everyone was kind and helpful. They even adjusted the massages and dinner for me while I was pregnant, which I really appreciated. The letdown was the water: after the first bottle in the room, none was provided, not even during yoga. In 30-degree heat, with no nearby shops, that meant buying bottles at the bar for 4.10 euros.
