Casa Rural De Perera

The panorama from the house takes in the nearby town of San Bartolomé, the Tirajana gorge, and all the way down to the windmills and sea near Vecindario. Juan and his wife take wonderful care of the property and its surroundings. We rented the west-facing house for the first three months of 2025, and most of the pictures on this page are of that house. It's a semi-detached home oriented west/east. The interior isn't modern, but it has what you need for either a short or long stay. Six people could sleep there, though with just one toilet and bathroom, we probably wouldn't recommend that many. The GC60 main road runs right behind the house, which has its upsides and downsides. If you don't have your own car, which we strongly recommend, bus line 18 between Maspalomas and Tejeda stops about 50 meters away. On weekends, though, the road gets a lot of motorbikes, and some are very noisy. We warmly recommend the house.

Juan is an attentive, friendly host, and the privacy and relaxation the house offers are fantastic for families. My family and I always come back and will keep doing so. 100% recommended. Thank you!
