We had a very pleasant seven-night stay at this human-sized hotel. The room was lovely and bright, with all the toiletries, kitchen equipment and towels we needed. It was also very clean, and the cleaning staff were polite and respectful. The pool was lovely, and the jacuzzi was exceptional, spacious and just the right temperature. Breakfast was plentiful and complete, and there was a varied, very good selection of bar snacks. The waiters were kind and polite, although bar service could be slow. Cocktails could use some improvement in both preparation and variety. Pool towels cost €20, and even €2 for a replacement feels excessive. The playroom was cold because the air conditioning unit is in the stairwell, so the room should be heated. The sauna was unappealing and should be replaced. The staff members on duty when we arrived and left on the weekends were very kind, helpful and pleasant. We regret that prices for October 2026 are so high, possibly because of the Fetish Pride event, though it's far too expensive for us. We'll go to another resort.

The bungalow was comfortable and clean, and there was a playroom in the basement. The place is small and quiet, maybe too quiet for me. There are 12 bungalows, and only six were occupied during my stay for fetish pride, while all the other gay resorts were full. That's why I came here. The pool was cold, and the jacuzzi bubbles were only available on request. There wasn't much room around the pool, the sunbeds were too close to the bungalows, and it was hard to find a good spot in the sun. The employee sits at the bar all day, which made me feel watched. Breakfast was too light and the coffee was bad. At checkout they asked €2.20 for the pool towel. Really? With a stay costing more than €200 a night? I've never seen a gay or other resort in maspalomas charge for a pool towel. Nothing was really bad, but nothing was totally good either. The value for money isn't good enough. Other resorts give you more for the same price, or even less.

We stayed for 6,5 days and liked it. It felt private and safe, and the staff were friendly. The walkable location helped too. There were no windows looking in from neighbors, and it was all adults with nudity allowed for free. The superb pool and jacuzzi were highlights. The male guests were singles and couples, with varied outlooks and ages, though not too young. Breakfast was decent and the bar relaxed.

A warm welcome from the start, and the staff were nice. Check-in took a while, about 30min. The complex is smaller than you might expect, but it feels cosy, and most people are relaxed, so you can chill. The pool is heated, the jacuzzi is nice, and rooms are cleaned regularly. Fresh towels are available on request. Breakfast felt hectic. It's self-service in a very small area, where no more than two people can be at once, and you have to cook or boil your eggs there, which takes time. Who wants to make their own breakfast in a hotel? Our room, 402, had a serious humidity problem in the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom, with the bottoms of all the walls peeling. You can see it from the terrace in the kitchen, and I especially didn't like it in the bedroom. It shouldn't be like that. I don't know what the other apartments are like, but avoid booking this one. I also have doubts about the darkroom in the basement, since I didn't see anyone go in there. All in all, a nice place to stay, but apartment 402 needs the humidity problem dealt with.
