We spent six months living in one of the houses. The pool and parking are great, but the construction quality isn't. On the west side, the homes sit on a suspended concrete raft that also forms the car park roof, so they're all physically connected. We could hear people using the stairs three doors away. The houses also face each other at the back, so there were dogs barking on their own, radios, conversations and worn-out washing machines to listen to. The estate has more than 180 homes behind a fence, but there's no play area for the children. They end up gathering on a straight section of the road to play, and it's loud. We met a former resident who'd left for the same reason, and a committee member we spoke with had moved out too. It might be fine for a week's holiday.

It's a row-house estate with a swimming pool that's very well looked after. The water is clean and filtered, and the sunbeds and umbrellas are in perfect shape. The tennis court is the one thing that's closed.
The noise is the main problem here. The walls seem paper-thin, so footsteps on the stairs and conversations carry through, and children often play outside on the road in the evening and at night. They're very loud, which could be an issue if you're hoping to sleep before midnight. Otherwise, it's a pleasant, well-kept complex with modern homes, a fairly large clean pool, security cameras and dedicated security staff. Parking underground can be a squeeze if you have a large vehicle.
The service was good, though the toilet seat kept coming loose and made things uncomfortable.
A pleasant complex, and fairly quiet.
