H10 Playa Meloneras Horizons Collection

We were so taken with H10 Meloneras that we’ve booked to go back next month. We don’t normally return to the same place because we like trying new hotels, but this one feels just right for us and we’d worry about being let down elsewhere. We stayed at the H10 in Meloneras in November 2025 with my husband and our best friend, who had the room next door. Before we even arrived, the staff arranged golf bookings for my husband and friend and answered my questions about gym equipment. They were warm and efficient from the start. On arrival, everyone was cheerful and welcoming, and the welcome drink helped us settle in straight away. Our rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully placed, with comfortable beds and glorious views. The pool and deck were pristine, with sparkling water, clean surroundings and plenty of room to relax. The food was excellent with lots of choice, and the entertainment was fun and high quality if you wanted to join in. The hotel is in a peaceful spot overlooking the sea, but Meloneras is only a 10-15 minute stroll along the lovely seafront, with plenty of shops and restaurants. We walked past several other 4- and 5-star hotels and still felt H10 was easily the best. Every staff member we met was happy, helpful and friendly. People greeted me with a smile and hello wherever I went. A heartfelt thank you to the whole team. Highly recommended.

The buffet was a real high point: breakfast and dinner had consistently good food, appealing presentation and plenty of options for different tastes. Duke's Band put on an outstanding Queen tribute, though the rest of the nightly entertainment was a bit underwhelming. The hotel itself is modern, spacious and beautifully styled. We never felt crowded or short on space. Staff across the different roles were welcoming and around when needed. The Spa team, main dining room staff and reception bar team deserve a special mention for their friendliness and for adding to the atmosphere. Our main frustration was inconsistent information during the first few days. We were given conflicting or misleading directions about the doctor's office and padel court, their opening hours, and restaurant access. For example, we were mistakenly sent to the à la carte Gaudi restaurant, which is reserved for Privilege guests. It would help if everyone had a solid general understanding of the facilities and policies. We stayed at the H10 in Las Meloneras in December 2025, and in large part had an excellent visit.

The hotel has excellent facilities, lovely pools and friendly staff who are always helpful. We enjoyed the services and relaxed atmosphere. The one thing that takes the shine off is the Privilege customer benefits. It doesn’t feel fair that all-inclusive guests can’t use the à la carte restaurants.

We’ve been back to this hotel around 10 times since 2013, and we’re already looking forward to next year. The quiet setting is about a 2km walk from the Lighthouse, a lovely stroll, and we always enjoy the friendly staff, nice rooms and views. It’s good to see the rooms and buffet restaurant being refurbished. The food feels more like 4 stars than 5, but the price and quality balance out well. I can’t think of anything negative. Thanks to all the staff!
