Hotel Riu Palace Palmeras - All Inclusive

The bars and restaurants had fantastic food and plenty of choice, and service there was very good. Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. Our room, like the rest of the hotel, was faultless and spotlessly clean, and it was comfortable too. We're looking forward to coming back.

We had a peaceful stay, helped by the lack of slides, water parks, and generally small children around. The hotel is in a quiet area, about a five-minute walk from the beach and the dunes of Maspalomas. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a functional bathroom, two sinks and a large shower. They were cleaned daily, and the minibar was regularly restocked. The whole place showed great attention to cleanliness and order, with a beautiful, well-kept garden and two pools. The staff were very friendly, helpful and nice. There was a large food selection, but it would be good to have more variety and breaks from the same dishes each day. At the pool bar, drinks like mojitos and piña coladas came from dispensers as premade mixes rather than being made from ingredients. Evening karaoke was a decent standard. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful holiday.

A fantastic all-inclusive break, with no intrusive music or little kids. The staff were lovely, friendly and well trained, and went out of their way to be helpful. I'll definitely come back.

For our first family holiday, we couldn't have asked for friendlier or more accommodating staff. A special thank you to waiter Fonqui. After meeting us just once, he remembered our usual drinks and that my mum is a coeliac. With hundreds of other visitors, I was amazed at how well he remembered everyone. He kept an eye out to top up our drinks, too. We'll miss his loving nature terribly. Seeing your face made our day every day, Fonqui. Thank you. 🩷🩷🩷
