Precioso Bungalow

We’ve visited Gran Canaria more than 20 times, but after this 14-day stay at Parque Cristina, I wouldn’t come back to this bungalow complex. We arrived to a filthy place and spent hours cleaning it ourselves. The towels smelled as if they’d been used for weeks, and the bedding wasn’t cleaned or changed. There was dirt and mold all over the bathroom, and the shower was broken, so you had to hold your head up to it. The pool was dirty and full of animals and leaves. The shower for rinsing off sand was completely switched off, which is no wonder the pool got so dirty. The sun loungers were broken and had no cushions or pads. There was hardly any outdoor light for sitting outside in the evening, and very few electrical outlets. The kitchen was poorly equipped, so we had to buy a lot of things to cook properly. Water leaked from the wall whenever the washing machine was used, and there was no plug in the sink for washing dishes. Permanent residents in the complex argued loudly about their alcohol problem every night from midnight on, and the whole neighborhood could hear them. The complex has potential, but everything felt broken and neglected. It was dirty and rancid, with no inviting feel at all. We spent a considerable amount of money trying to make it as nice as possible. Paying almost €2000 for this was outrageous, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

We couldn’t go because of Covid, but they still took the money for our booking. Avoid this place.
