David Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and relaxing, with good food and drinks. The free shuttle bus was a great perk and always on time. The entertainment was great too. Jesus deserves a raise 🤣👍, and I'm sure Mo would agree. A TV in the bedroom would improve things. I'd also like cheese and cold meat at dinner and snack time, and perhaps a weekly bus to Puero de Mogan. Thank you, David.

We love the relaxed feel at the Kumara and keep coming back. The hotel is very clean, and there's lots of space around the pool with plenty of sunbeds. Fran was excellent as entertainer, really friendly and great with our little boy. He even took time to practise Spanish with us! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This time the food was good but some of it repeated over the seven days, so a bit more choice or theme nights would be nice. Please bring Malibu back to the all-inclusive ☺️🙏🏽. The gym is great, though an earlier opening time and a water machine would help. We'll definitely return, we love the Lopesan vibe 🥰

The whole team makes us feel welcome and looked after. On this third stay at Kumara Serenoa Hotel in Gran Canaria, everything was lovely again, and we'll be back. The hotel is well cared for, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the food was fresh, tasty and varied. Special mention to the excellent waiters and barkeepers, and thanks to the cleaning staff for their great work. Jesus, the animator, brings energy and fun every day. After a day at the beach, we found the room Wi-Fi wasn't working. I called reception, and a technician was there five minutes later to get it going again. Great service, thank you!

This was our third visit and we were very happy again. Fran (animación) was a star, making time for us as a family and for our 5-year-old boy. The drinks were all good, and we'd consider booking all-inclusive premium next time. The gym opens at 08:00, so it would be better with a water machine and a dedicated outdoor area for exercising early in the morning.

The pool was a real highlight for me, clean and roomy, with lovely views and a peaceful feel. My room was spotless, comfortable and had what I needed for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food had good quality and variety, especially at breakfast and dinner. Kumara Serenoa by Lopesan Hotels has a calm, modern atmosphere that makes for a relaxing break. It's quiet but still close to Maspalomas and the dunes. I had a really enjoyable stay and would happily recommend it. I'd definitely come back.
