The apartments next door, "Juncos I," were spotless, with cleaning and upkeep almost every day, which really showed the difference. Here, the common areas and outside cleaning need a lot of work, and pool maintenance wasn't good either. During my week there, they cleaned the pool just once. There weren't enough sun loungers, and the ones available were in very poor condition. Worse, many apartments claim up to eight loungers despite being entitled to only two each. There's also an abandoned building, maybe once a bar, that looks awful. The place isn't bad, but it could be better. Hopefully they'll take note.

A tidy, clean apartment for a good price, close to the shopping center and just 300 meters from the beach.

The apartment complex has just been painted, and the location is excellent, only a four-minute walk from the sea. There's a great bus connection to the airport. Works well for either a short or long stay.
