Mirador Maspalomas by Dunas

The entertainment was fantastic, and there was always something tasty to eat during the day. The room was clean and tidy, and the pool was decent, not too cold, with an unheated jacuzzi in the middle. Drinks were mediocre and self-service unless you ordered spirits or cocktails. We could always find sunbeds as a couple, though larger groups might struggle to get them together. The hotel is far from the main town, but a taxi costs around €5-€10. Amazing value for money. I’d definitely recommend it.

There were 11 of us, and we could always find enough space to sit together in the restaurant and for the entertainment. Our room for four was absolutely huge, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. Food was available throughout the day, with loads of choice and no queues, even when it was busy. The entertainers were full of energy and brilliant with adults and children alike. We really enjoyed the evening shows, too. The whole holiday was amazing from start to finish, and we couldn’t fault Mirador Maspalomas Dunas. We’ll definitely be back.

The kids’ entertainment was the highlight again this year. Omar and Geolle were lovely with my wee one, and the whole team was brilliant at keeping the children happy and having fun. My wee one even got to join one of the fantastic evening shows and absolutely loved it. We’re here for our second year, and we’ll definitely be back for year three next year. There was always plenty of warm food at both the restaurant and pool bar, with lots of choice and themed nights. The drinks were on tap, and the kids loved the ice cream and slush machines. The hotel is spotless, with the cleaning team always working hard, and it feels safe for children to run about. A big thank you to everyone in cleaning, security, reception, the restaurant and pool bar. They all help make the place special.

Omar and his team kept the kids happy at the kids’ club and during the entertainment, which gave the adults a chance to relax. They made the holiday fun, and we’d definitely come again. The all-you-can-eat buffet was amazing, and there’s an Aldi two minutes away on foot. Lovely hotel, with amazing, attentive staff.
