The shared pool is cleaned every day, and the complex is very well kept. We stayed in house number 34. The apartment was clean, with a living room, kitchenette and small toilet downstairs, then a bedroom and shower bathroom upstairs. The terrace had a large awning and space to sit or lounge. The place has been partly renovated, though some updating is still needed. It’s also clear the units aren’t all managed by one owner. Parque Luz is on the outskirts of Maspalomas. You’ll want a car to get to the beach, and the Yumbo Center, Cita shopping center and dunes are too far to walk to.
