Roca Verde by Folias Hotels - Playa del Inglés

The pool area is beautiful, and our room was really nice, with a lovely balcony. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and I absolutely loved staying here. Breakfast comes from a set menu rather than a buffet. The one downside was the road right beside the hotel, where loud buses could be heard late at night.

The rooms were cleaned amazingly well, and the pool and outdoor area were a 10/10. Shops and the beach are right in the middle of everything here. Everyone on staff was lovely and always smiling. This is the best hotel we've stayed at so far. Thanks, Roca Verde🥰

We could sleep with the window open because it was quiet enough. The staff were very friendly, the pool area was nice, and our balcony had a beautiful sea view.

The beach is just a five-minute walk away, and we really enjoyed both the main pool and the baby pool. The complex is laid out nicely, has a brand new private gym, and looks much better than other places nearby. The rooms and kitchen looked great, the bathroom had been fully renovated and was very clean, and the balcony had a lovely view over the ocean and part of the city. We had a pleasant week at Roca Verde apartments, though the first apartment we were given was too small for five. The receptionist moved us to one that suited us better, which we appreciated. They expected one of us to use a sofa bed rather than a regular bed, though, and its thin mattress was uncomfortable. The other beds were fantastic. People sometimes sunbathe topless or naked by the pool, furthest from the gym. Bear that in mind, though it needn't be an issue if you're comfortable with it. There are other pools you can use. For a restaurant around the corner, try PALMIRA downstairs in the apartment building. We went to quite a few restaurants, but found the food billboards and generally low quality made for a poor atmosphere. PALMIRA felt luxurious, and its dishes and cocktails were excellent. It's just around the corner from the apartments.
