The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere, enough sunbeds around the pool, and it’s just minutes on foot from the beach and easy to reach the dunes. You can find a spot on the beach away from the nudist area as well. Rooms on floors three, four or five have lovely views over the sea and dunes. The rooms are large, modern and high quality, and the staff are service-minded. Breakfast was great and the dinner buffet was good. The surrounding area could use the same serious upgrade as the hotel. It’s a great place in a part of town that needs work.

We’ve stayed here twice now, both times for a full week, and ate all our meals and had all our drinks at the property. When we asked if we could check out an hour late, we got a flat no. As soon as we were willing to pay extra, it became possible. That didn’t feel customer-friendly at all. The place itself is great, but the staff make you feel like a walking ATM. They don’t listen. If you bring cash, you’re welcome; otherwise, you’re just a dollar sign. Very disappointing.

The location was really nice, and the room was beautiful. There happened to be a sea-view room free, so they upgraded us at no charge. The pool isn’t huge, and we didn’t spend much time there with the sea so close, but it looked very pleasant. We had a great stay. The staff were lovely and very competent. Everyone spoke Spanish and English, and many could also speak German. Breakfast and dinner were incredibly good. All in all, a five-star hotel I can wholeheartedly recommend. We’d like to come back if we holiday in Gran Canaria again.

Lovely location and a great view, but the TV just sits in standby loops, and the internet connection is far too weak. Pretty frustrating if you want to watch something or spend the evening online.

We stayed for two nights so we could be close to the beach and the center of Playa del Ingles. The location was ideal, and both the hotel and pool area were fabulous. Our room was very comfortable, the service was perfect, and the breakfast buffet had a huge selection. The cocktails were delicious too. We’d recommend this hotel to anyone.
