The rooms were spacious and cleaned well, and the staff were nice. Check-in and check-out were quick, and there’s a pool. Breakfast was pretty ordinary, and the bed was a bit soft. We stayed 22 - 23/02 -25. The hotel is on the edge of Pla De Inglas, with plenty of restaurants and little shops nearby. It could suit you if you’re after sun and warmth, though some rooms look out onto a local road and the highway, and some are close to a major road.

I loved my four nights here. The hotel was very clean, the service was top-notch, and breakfast was really good with everything you could want. It was a bit expensive for me. It’s a quiet place, so if you’re coming as a group or expect to be noisy, I’d avoid it; they’ll just throw you out. If you’re there to chill, it’s ideal. And yeah, definitely don’t play techno at 4am, they really don’t like that.

The restaurant and its staff were the highlight of the weekend: the food was delicious and changed each day, and everyone was welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. The hotel was excellent value, in a great spot within walking distance of the beach and dunes. It looks a bit dated outside, but the rooms are modern and spacious. There’s a glamorous-looking chill-out area with a jacuzzi at the back. Our room could use some fresh air, as it smelled a bit like old wood.

The pool is a great size and there were plenty of sunbeds. Rooms were very clean and roomy, and all the staff were polite and helpful. The food was better than at many all-inclusive hotels we’ve tried, and it’s excellent value if you’re going all-inclusive. I’d give the location 3 stars because of the nearby bars. They were pretty loud, and not everyone doing karaoke could sing in tune. Still, the actual location is great, with lots of bars and shops close by and the beach not far at all. For me, it’s a 4.5.
