Playa Honda feels much more Spanish and has far fewer tourists than other areas. The apartment is on a peaceful street, just two minutes from the beach, restaurants, and cafés. The balconies are fabulous, and the place looks just like the photos. It’s stocked with all sorts of useful things, from phone plugs and suncream to a first aid kit, coffee, tea, wine, and bathroom basics. The host was wonderful.

The only hard part was having to leave! The beach and bars are just a two-minute stroll away, and the host was great. There’s everything you could want here, with that comfortable, home-from-home feel. Getting picked up and collected at the airport was a lovely bonus.

Alejandro made us feel very welcome, and we really appreciated his hospitality. It’s a peaceful spot but still close to everything you need for a few relaxing days.

The owner was very friendly, and I’d definitely come back. The apartment is kept in great shape and has lots of little touches that make the day more comfortable. It’s well equipped and sits in a quiet area, while still being close to Lanzarote’s attractions.
