The location made getting around easy, with Plaza Mayor and the main sights and restaurants just a short walk away. We also found breakfast simple but well catered, and the staff were happy to make sure we had what we needed. Check-out was straightforward too. There were a couple of room issues: the shower left too much water on the floor, and the TV base was broken, so we had to keep the television supported in case it fell. Apart from those, we liked nearly everything. From booking through departure we felt welcome, and the personal contact was a lovely touch. On arrival, staff warmly offered us parking on the hotel grounds. The hotel and its spaces were well kept and looked just like the pictures. Check-in was easy, we got helpful dinner suggestions, and someone showed us around the room. The room had traditional decor and stayed cozy despite the cold weather. We appreciated the bathrobes, and the bed was comfortable.

An easy, lovely stay. The host was really nice, and the hotel mixes an old style with a younger touch.

The thoughtful details stood out, including how they handled dietary preferences. They were warm and welcoming, with bathrobes and toiletries provided, and suggestions for good places to eat and have fun nearby. The place felt so romantic, with clean, tasteful, spacious rooms. It was like being welcomed into the home of one of San Clemente's noble families.

The staff were super, and the garden is lovely. I'd personally recommend the Carbonara pizza :)

Such a beautiful place, with an amazing antique feel. It was like stepping back into the Middle Ages.
