Dream Cuesta

My pregnant wife was stuck in the bathroom for half an hour, after the door closed on its own. She had only shut it, without touching the lock, which seemed faulty. We eventually got it open by using a spoon for leverage and fiddling with the lock a little. When I contacted Dream Cuesta on chat, they said the lock had been fine for earlier guests, so we must have broken it, and arranged a locksmith we would have to pay for. When I refused, the person said there was nothing more they could do and wished us good night. We were blamed for a lock we hadn’t touched and nearly charged to open a door we hadn’t broken. After that, we hoped nothing else would go wrong so we wouldn’t have to contact the staff again. If you don’t have technical problems with the apartment or need to reach the staff, you may have a great stay. But if something breaks or you get stuck in the bathroom, the chat response was, “Good luck and have a good night.”
