The surroundings and location are lovely, and parking was easy. Inside, the apartment room was fine for a single night, but it still seemed to be waiting for a full renovation. The shower head didn't work, only the horizontal spray nozzles did. It's very small, so I wouldn't suggest it for two people or for one person staying more than three or four nights.
The bathroom felt dangerous: there was a cockroach, and both the towel rack and electrical outlet gave shocks. The toilet paper was fine, but the sliding door wouldn't close properly. Elsewhere, the coffee maker was missing its handle, the kitchen had no light, the TV didn't work, and the living room didn't even have a 20w bulb. The lamp just flickered on and off, nothing like the picture. Then, on my departure day, they knocked to ask if I was leaving that day and what time, even though I still had an hour before checkout. I stayed a few days ago and it was horrible. How awful!
I booked the apartment through this person, but couldn't reach him after calling several times because his phone was off. I had a small child with me and had to find somewhere else to stay that night. The following day I asked for a refund since I hadn't been able to enjoy the house, and he refused. I hope it doesn't happen to you too, but it could.
