The mountain looks beautiful from the pool, and the apartment balcony had lovely views too. There’s a nice pool and pool bar, and the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding. A shop right below the apartments made it easy to pop down whenever we needed something. Aqualand is next door and Siam Park is nearby.

The Splash bar had a good choice of food and drinks, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a lovely seven-day stay at Malibu park. Our one-bedroom apartment was clean and tidy, with a great spot by the pool, and they offered to clean it each day. The bathroom shower was a little dated, but we had a great stay.

The apartments were spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the whole complex felt secure. It’s close to the popular amenities and good value for money. Everyone was friendly and helpful, including the ground staff, and the customer service set a very high bar. Special thanks to Lucas and Mariam for all their help. We had a wonderful holiday.

The apartment would have been more comfortable for a longer stay with better kitchen basics. There were very few dishes and household items, and no washing machine, so it didn’t feel especially cozy or well equipped. Still, Park Malibu is a pleasant place: the pool is warm, the grounds are clean and attractive, and the staff are friendly and ready to help. You can request daily cleaning, and guests can use the tennis courts for free.

We walked everywhere from here. The beach was about a 10-minute walk, there were restaurants right outside the resort, and the water park was opposite for a fun day out. The apartment was spacious, nicely put together, and very clean. Reception explained everything when we arrived, then someone walked us down to our apartment. We’d definitely recommend it, and we’re planning to return.
