For a hotel that's supposed to be four stars, I expected more. There's no coffee maker in the rooms or coffee in the lobby, and they wouldn't even give or sell us hot water for our own tea. The receptionist wasn't friendly, and the whole hotel has just one iron. I'll stay somewhere else next time.

The hotel is lovely, and I loved the scent as soon as I walked in. It made me feel disconnected right away. The staff were very friendly, including the people at the entrance. They gave us a towel and offered massages, though we didn't use that service. The small spa felt pricey for 55 minutes, especially given how little space the rest of the facilities have. The changing room and bathroom are tiny and offer almost no privacy, which is awkward with two people. I'd suggest either making the circuit longer or bringing the price down a little. The circuit water was lukewarm, more lukewarm than warm, and at times I even felt cold in the pool. A slightly warmer temperature would be nicer. I'm not sure the steam room was on. I went in a couple of times but didn't feel any effect. I also didn't notice the side jets in the contrast shower working, only the high showerhead for changing the water temperature. The two-person sauna was fine and did the job.
