Hotel Parque Tropical

The rooms were really clean, and the food was brilliant. There’s a big, clean pool too. We found the staff kind and welcoming, and they were always happy to help. It’s in a handy area, with a bus stop and a smaller shopping centre nearby. A lovely place to stay in Gran Canaria, highly recommend it! :)

The area nearby has plenty of restaurants and entertainment, and the bus station is right by the main entrance. We were happy with our choice and would recommend the hotel if you want somewhere quiet and nice. It was our first time in Gran Canaria, and staying here made for some great memories. It felt like a themed resort, not an ordinary hotel. The receptionist was welcoming and helped us switch rooms. We ended up with a view of the garden and pool, plus a partial sea view, which we loved. The food was okay and the service was good. The one surprise for a 4-star hotel was having to queue for a restaurant seat. Capacity is limited, so guests are assigned a time slot.

We loved the garden, and the hotel is clean throughout. The rooms are lovely and cozy, and the staff were very helpful. Everything we needed was close by, from the beach and shops to restaurants and a bus stop. If we come back to Gran Canaria, we’ll stay at Parque Tropical again. Thanks for a wonderful visit.

The gardens are gorgeous, with tropical plants, ponds with fish, lovely outdoor areas, and a large pool. It’s a little gem in a very central spot, and the staff are lovely. Rebecca, the German Manager, is just fabulous 👌. The rooms and decor are old fashioned. I only had two issues: cats wander around reception, the pool, and the garden, though they aren’t allowed in the dining area. Also, men can’t enter the dining area in the evening without long trousers. We booked double rooms, but quite a few rooms are twin.
