The place is simple, and the breakfast is too, but for a short stay it works perfectly and is very good value. We loved getting away from the city noise and fuss to enjoy the nature. Just a short walk from Chata, horses roam free across a huge field, and donkeys and sheep wander around everywhere. Great place to switch off.

There’s a nice restaurant nearby, and lots to fill your time with, from hiking and cycling to visiting castles. It’s a lovely chalet in the countryside, while still being close to places like Segovia.

The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, and we were very happy with the service. Breakfast is available too. A peaceful spot for enjoying some quiet, just minutes from Segovia and the San Ildefonso Monastery.

I’ve never come across a hotel this unprofessional. I asked about a particular date and was told there were no rooms, even though Booking.com showed full availability for the room type covered by our gift voucher. When I mentioned that, the person on the phone rudely told me to book through Booking.com. Once I explained we had a gift box, they said there would be no Saturday availability for it at all, and that we either had to use Booking.com or get nothing. The caller was incredibly unpleasant, and the whole situation was shameful. I’d never consider staying here.
