The location worked really well, and the reception staff were warm and friendly. The room itself was clean and roomy, though the bathroom felt cramped. There was a kitchenette, but its hob couldn't be used and there weren't any utensils, so it wasn't really set up for cooking. The bed sagged badly, and the sofa was so worn that you could feel its slats when sitting. Those things could use attention.

Our family of two adults and three children had booked a triple room, but we were given a lovely apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with kitchenette, and a terrace. It was quite clean. The kitchen had all its appliances, though we weren't permitted to use any of them, even if we paid extra. The blonde receptionist also came across as unfriendly.

The service was disastrous, and I think you'd be better off staying farther from the city and getting the service you deserve for what you pay. The rooms themselves were okay, nothing special, and the location is handy for reaching Seville.

We spent one night here, and it was awful. The whole place smelled as soon as we walked in, and there was dog feces on the carpet. Before we even got into our tiny apartment, we could smell strong tobacco. Inside, it was stale and overwhelming, like the smell had soaked into the furniture for ages. We had to leave the patio door and window open all night. There was a "No Smoking" sign on the nightstand, so someone should be keeping an eye on this. The mattress was tolerable, but the rest was dirty and uncomfortable: the chair was broken, the wardrobe door had come off, and the sofa was wrecked, burned, torn, and badly sunken. The stovetop had a notice saying it couldn't be used, and both the washing machine and refrigerator were unplugged. We wouldn't come back or recommend it, especially at that price. It's a hostel charging hotel prices. The photos are misleading, and of course they can't show the smell. A horrible night.
