Carlos was easy to reach and really friendly, and there was a welcome pack waiting with milk, toast, wine, eggs and more. The house, pool and garden were all kept in excellent shape. It’s wonderfully peaceful right beside the Atlantic, with the waves and the neighbours' chickens and roosters as the background sounds. Such a lovely little place. We had a great stay and would happily return. Definitely recommend booking it.

The coastal path runs right by Holiday Home El Mar, and it’s a handy base for the main sights in North Tenerife, all within about 20 minutes. We only stayed a week and wanted more time. The ocean-facing terrace, roomy pool and pretty garden are all part of a private, beautifully cared-for property. Inside, everything felt comfortable and well furnished. Carlos had left useful holiday basics, including staple foods, so we felt looked after from the start. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming, and this is a beautiful, picturesque spot. We’d love to return, and I’d recommend it without hesitation. One small detail, there was a rather persistent cat hanging around all week, and we ended up befriending it. Hope you like cats!

The views and seating around the house are lovely, and the terrace wraps around the whole place, giving it privacy. There’s also a beautiful garden and a well-sized driveway with parking. Carlos and his family have clearly cared for the property. It’s thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and set in beautiful surroundings, with everything we needed and more. Carlos was helpful whenever we called. We’d recommend the house and may well come back.

We had good communication with Carlos throughout. The villa sits right on the coastal path, with sea breezes and sunsets that seem almost certain. Las Aguas is about 1.5 km along the path, or ten minutes by road, and has a couple of good restaurants. HiperDino Piedra Redonda, a decent supermarket, is around 15 minutes away. The villa was comfortable and well equipped. Highly recommended.
