The place was okay, but the superior room was a letdown. There was sand all over the floor, and the bed felt like a hard slab with no give. Every plastic chair outside was broken. Worst of all, there wasn't any toilet paper anywhere. At least we only stayed one night.

The room wasn't ready when we finally got in, even though I'd told them I was arriving early and needed to get to an event. We couldn't access it before 2 pm, and at 2:15, after another call and a wait for a solution, they moved me to a similar room with a much smaller bathroom than the one I'd booked. There was no one available to help us when we arrived, which didn't feel like good service. Breakfast was even more disappointing: a small coffee from a machine, one piece of toast that was taken away after toasting and brought back cold with butter that wouldn't spread, plus two portions of jam. That was the entire buffet. For €75 a night, the service was nowhere near worth it. After all that, the only apology was a “Sorry” after breakfast. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

The shower was the only thing we liked. We couldn't get in because no one had told us about the pre-booking, and it took more than half an hour on the phone before we finally got access. Then the digital key failed and we couldn't get out. After more calls, they moved us to an upstairs room, but the elevator wasn't working. The new key at least let us leave. When we came back, there was no toilet paper and no staff around to restock it. Jose Carlos and a few friendly guests helped us feel less helpless and neglected.
