After an 8-hour trip, dealing with a complaint was the last thing I wanted, especially since there was usually nobody at reception. We booked two single beds but got a queen bed, and the room they moved us to was falling apart. There were only about five minutes of hot water, too. Getting into the hostel or any room was just a matter of typing 588250, which made it seem like nobody cared.

The staff were really friendly, and the location was quite okay. The room itself was another story: there was no bathroom ventilation, and the water was so hot that I couldn't adjust it to shower or bathe. I also found it really strange that a beer crate was being used to support the bed.

The rooms are super clean and have air conditioning. A perfect place to stay if you're going to Wagner park.

The food was delicious, and the service was good. The price wasn't too high either. 10/10.
